small update today! I added the final item to the shelf in my room. there is now a little kitty you can click on which will have a list of some of my interests :)

I haven't been all that active since I finished the library and the writing page (which were both admittedly a lot of effort to get working) but that's also because I have been working on a dedicated page to talking about plurality. more than that, even, I've been working on getting the reader side of my site back up. I took the old one down because it wasn't really what I was going for, and it became very complicated trying to get the layout working. I've been looking into writing it with the help of MDUI and glightbox, but I still have to get over the initial learning curve figuring out the best way to utilize them. I basically want a very simplified responsive page that adjusts itself to the hardware it is being viewed on and it has taken a long time to figure out how I will lay out my site that way.

I'm working on putting up all of my art from 2024, and adding a 2025 section to the gallery! I wasn't keeping up with it throughout the year, but that was also partly because I didn't make as much art as I would have liked to in 2024. it was a difficult year, and I moved half way through it.
In other news, a package I ordered in January of last year was just shipped and delivered last week. It's a long story about what happened to it but put simply I had tried to tell the shop that I was going to move in a few months and wanted to know if I would receive my order in that time, and after that initial email thread I lost contact with the seller. I tried to contact again over the next few months and eventually decided I had just lost 70$. anyway... it was shipped to my old address... but thankfully a neighbor has it right now, and I plan to get it back by the end of the month. (its literally a shirt anda hat lol...)
